Reading people, understanding what they need before they say it, and then getting on with it without anyone having to tell me twice, that was always my job. And that's exactly my biggest advantage today.

Most social media managers haven't spent more than twenty years working one-on-one with people and reading their minds. Most virtual assistants haven't ever coached people. Most life coaches have never built a website. I bring all of it, for real, not in theory.

That instinct didn't come from just one job. Hotel guests who needed something before they'd even asked. A boss whose mood I could read the moment he walked in. Customers who all wanted to be treated differently, and none of them the same way twice. I just picked up on it and got on with things, nobody had to spell it out for me. I still work like that today: with social media, with VA work, in customer support, and in coaching. Read the person, then handle the rest.

This is where I learned what it takes to actually meet someone's needs when you're running a business: the little details nobody else notices or thinks about are exactly what make everything else work, or fall apart. With me, they don't fall apart.

I built my own business the same way, structure and creativity working together instead of against each other. Living, working and travelling across different countries and cultures taught me the flexibility to match. Based in America, working across time zones, in German, English, and Spanish.
